The short version

  • WhatsApp +62 811 3823 875 — the fastest channel, and where quotes are issued.
  • Email sales@komodoluxury.com — for company bookings, invoices and anything needing a record.
  • Send four things: your dates, your group size, what you want to see, and any flight timings.
  • Nothing is charged and nothing is held until you approve a written figure.

Komodo Luxury is in Labuan Bajo, which is UTC+8. Messages sent overnight in Europe or the Americas are usually answered by the time you wake up.

Direct channels

In the order that gets you an answer fastest.

  • WhatsApp — +62 811 3823 875

The fastest channel and the one Komodo Luxury works from. Quotes, reconfirmations and day-of coordination all run here.

  • Email — sales@komodoluxury.com

For company invoicing, group manifests, press enquiries, and anything you want a record of.

  • The office — Labuan Bajo, Flores

Operated by Komodo Luxury, part of Juara Holding Group, working out of Labuan Bajo since 2015.

  • Languages — English and Bahasa Indonesia

Both handled directly. Other languages can usually be arranged with notice.

What to put in the first message

A quote is only as fast as the information it starts from. These five lines usually get a real answer the same day.

  • Your travel dates, or the window you are working within.
  • Group size, including children and their ages.
  • What you want out of the day — reef, viewpoints, dragons, or a quiet beach.
  • Flight times, if your schedule is tight on either end.
  • Any medical, dietary or accessibility considerations.

A budget figure genuinely helps rather than costing you money — it stops Komodo Luxury quoting a phinisi when a shared seat was what you meant, or the reverse.

How far ahead to get in touch

By product, as of 2026. Peak means July, August and the Christmas–New Year window.

  • A few days

    Shared day trips

Enough outside peak. Allow a week in July, August or over the year-end.

  • 1–2 weeks

    Private speedboat

Often confirmable faster in low season; two weeks in peak.

  • 2–4 weeks

    Phinisi day charter

The better boats sell out first, and they sell out early.

  • 3–6 weeks

    Groups over forty

Multi-vessel days depend on several hulls being free at once.

What happens next

You get a written quote: the boat, what is included, and national park fees on their own line. That usually arrives within hours during Labuan Bajo business hours, or within one working day for group and corporate requests.

If you go ahead, a deposit holds the date and the confirmation sets out the route, the pickup point and the terms that apply if plans change. The day before departure you get a reconfirmation with a weather check. That is the whole process, and there is no step where a price changes without you seeing it.

For company bookings, a formal quotation, invoice and receipt are standard rather than a special request.

Send the four lines

Dates, group size, what you want to see, and any flight timings. That is enough to get a real quote moving, and nothing is charged or held until you approve one.

Kanawa is normally visited as part of a wider Komodo trip arranged through Komodo Luxury's speedboat charters for a fast crossing, or a fuller Komodo boat trip, liveaboard, Labuan Bajo tour or VIP charter if your itinerary covers more of the park.
